The BWX Leadership experience is designed to cultivate people that lead in the ways and patterns that Christ modeled. Wilderness travel and living in Christian community afford an excellent platform to discuss this type of leadership. Participants have the opportunity to learn about and discuss what excellent leadership is, explore examples from scripture, and practice leading the team though real challenges in the wilderness.
