Registration

Each week we can serve up to six trips. Each trip can include eight participants. Larger groups can book multiple trips on the same week in order to accommodate everyone. We provide one-on-one planning assistance that will help you organize your group. We will take you through the registration process so that your group will be well prepared physically, mentally, and Spiritually, and with all of the documentation needed.

The reservation process begins with the group picking out a week for their trip.  After that the BWX will send you a Registration Form and Contract to complete and return with a $1,000 deposit.  Once the BWX has received your Registration Form, a signed Contract, and a deposit the trip is officially reserved.  Reservations are taken on a first-come-first-serve basis.

The BWX partners with you to share the trip liability or risk with our payment policy.  We take three payments for each trip: 1) $1,000 at registration time 2) $1,000 in January  3) the balance in April.  Once a payment is made, it is not refundable.  However, if a trip is canceled prior to the next payment date (in writing) that payment and any subsequent payments are not required.
